Multi-Purpose Building (Gym):
Our gym is our largest capacity rental space and includes the foyer, concession area, and gym.

• Reservation Fee/ Damage Deposit: $200.00
• Facility Rental Fee (4 hours): $1600.00
• Additional Hours above (4 hours): $375.00

 



School Cafeteria:
Though the school area EXCLUDES the kitchen, there is a gathering space and concession area which is equipped with a microwave, sink, and large refrigerator available for use.

• Facility Rental Fee (4 hours): $1100.00
• Additional Hours above (4 hours): $250.00

Pastoral Center:
Our Pastoral Center is a great place to host medium size gathers. This rental space includes a gathering area and kitchen. 
 

• Capacity: 191
• Reservation Fee/ Damage Deposit: $100.00
• Facility Rental Fee (4 hours): $600.00
• Additional Hours above (4 hours): $120.00

Footnotes:

1. Fifty dollars ($50.00) of this fee is a "Non-Refundable Reservation Fee" and the remainder is a "Damage Deposit Fee" which is refundable within a week following the event if the facility is determined by the Lessor not to have been damaged by the Lessee or Lessee's guests.
2. The "Facility Rental Fee (4 hours)" includes the set up, breakdown, and use of the facility, tables and chairs only for four hours or less. The cost of a REQUIRED SECURITY DETAIL is not included in this fee. Linen Table Cloths are not included in the rental fee but are available for rental at $8.00 per table. "Registered Contributing Parishioners" and "Parish Employess" are encouraged to inquire about their eligibility for applicable "Rental Fee" discounts. 
3. All individuals or organization seeking to lease/ rent ROOL facilities must either:
   1. Complete a Facility Usage/ Indemnity Agreement and provide proof of the $1,000,000.00 in liability coverage naming ROOL and the Archdiocese of New Orleans as additional insured 
   2. Purchase Special Events vocerage through Catolic Mutual using the procedures prescribed for Lessees who choose to utilize this option.
